  1. To make the pudina masala, grind the ingredients mentioned above and keep them aside.
  2. Wash and soak basmati rice for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat ghee and olive oil. Add cumin seeds and other whole garam masala and saute till aromatic.
  4. Mix ground pudina masala and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Transfer this pudina masala with water and salt to a rece cooker. Add soaked rice and chopped veggies also.
  6. Cover the lid of the rice cooker and cook till done.
