- Now heat the idli stand.grease the idli mould.then take the samak,sago mixture and add black pepper powder and salt.mix it.
- Now add eno fruit salt and mix it.after that pour this better in idli mould and steam it for 15 minutes.
- Now cool it.after that heat 2 tsp ghee in a wok.splutter sesame seeds and and curry leaves.
- Now add red chilli powder.mix it then add idli and saute for 1minute.
