  1. Clean chicken then add yoghurt, chop tomato, chopped coriander, chopped mint, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, biryani masala, green chilli, half lemon juice, 1 tablespoon ghee mix and marinate for 2 hours
  2. In utensil add 2 tbsp oil whole garam masala, salt as per taste, 1 tablespoon ghee 4 litre water washed basmati rice
  3. Cook rice 90% and set aside
  4. Another utensil add 1/4 Cup oil
  5. Heat oil and add onions
  6. Fry onion untill golden
    Then add marinated chicken
    Mix well and add 1 Cup water
    Add half cook rice
    1 tablespoon ghee
    Add saffron milk
    Or food colour mix with water
    Give charcoal smoke
  7. Cover and put it on dum (low flame) for 45 minutes
  8. After 45 minutes and coriander, mint and fried onion
  9. And serv
