  1. I was not having broken rice so I Soaked the rice for 4-5 hours and washed properly. Pressure cook it with 6-7 whistles. Add salt in that.
  2. Take a pan. Add Ghee. Add jeera and asfoitida. Once jeera is crackled add curry leaves.
  3. Add boiled rice in that. Add curd and mix it well. It should be semi thick. Add crushed green chillies and coriander leaves. Add salt if needed. Serve hot.
