- 2 boil potatoes
- Rock salt to taste
- Oil for Frying
- For rasedar aloo ki sabji
- 3 boiled potatoes,peel and chopped
- 2 small chopped tomatoes
- 2 chopped green chillies
- Rock Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander for garnishing
- 1.5 cup water
- 2 tbsp oil
- For kheer
- 1/4 cup socked samak rice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts
- 1 litter milk
- 1/4 crushed cardamom
- For chips
- 4 fine sliced potatoes
- 1/4 tsp rock salt
- Oil for Frying
- For burfi
- 1/2 kg mawa
- 1/2 cup powder sugar
- 1/2 tsp crushed cardamom
- For charnamrit
- 1 cup raw milk
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1/4 cup holly water(ganga jal)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp pure ghee
- 1 tbsp chirongi
- 2 tbsp foxnuts
- 5 Tulsi leaves
Instructions to make to make Falahari thali
- For puri
- Fristly peel and grated boiled potatoes and add kuttu flour and rock salt.
- Knead a semi soft dough. Divide dough in small part and make a small sizes chapaties.
- Heat oil and deep frying the puri upon on medium heat oil.
- Ready puri serve along with falahari sabji.
- For rasedar aloo
- Heat oil into the pan and add cumin seeds crackle them.
- Further add chopped green chillies and chopped tomatoes cook until tomatoes mashy.
- Now add spices and cook until oil separate.
- Further add potatoes and mix it well.
- Now add water and cover with lid for 10 minutes.
- Now garnishing chopped coriander. Rasedar aloo sabji ready to serve.
- For kheer
- Fristly wash samak rice and socked for 15 minutes
- Boil milk into the heavy bottom pan.
- Further remove water from rice and add in boiling milk.
- Cook upon on low flame until rice becomes soft or cooked.
- After that add sugar,cardamom and nuts and cook more for 5-7 minutes.
- Samak rice kheer ready to serve.
- For mawa burfi
- Transfer the grated mawa to a large kadai.
- Then add powder sugar and cook upon on medium low flame. Stir continuously.
- Cook until mixture thick. Or start separate from pan.
- Now add cardamom and mix well. And after mixture in greased plate.
- And allow for cool and set. After set burfi cut in small pieces. You also garnishing with chopped pistachios or other nuts.
- Ready burfi to serve.
- For charnamrit
- Take all in of charnamrit in mixing bowl and mix it well. Charnamrit is ready for bhog.
- Ready falahari thali for bhog and serve.
