  16. 1.5 cup water
  17. 2 tbsp oil
  18. For kheer
  19. 1/4 cup socked samak rice
  20. 1/4 cup sugar
  21. 2 tbsp chopped nuts
  22. 1 litter milk
  23. 1/4 crushed cardamom
  24. For chips
  25. 4 fine sliced potatoes
  26. 1/4 tsp rock salt
  27. Oil for Frying
  28. For burfi
  29. 1/2 kg mawa
  30. 1/2 cup powder sugar
  31. 1/2 tsp crushed cardamom
  32. For charnamrit
  33. 1 cup raw milk
  34. 1/2 cup curd
  35. 1/4 cup holly water(ganga jal)
  36. 2 tbsp honey
  37. 1 tsp pure ghee
  38. 1 tbsp chirongi
  39. 2 tbsp foxnuts
  40. 5 Tulsi leaves

Instructions to make to make Falahari thali

  1. For puri
  2. Fristly peel and grated boiled potatoes and add kuttu flour and rock salt.
  3. Knead a semi soft dough. Divide dough in small part and make a small sizes chapaties.
  4. Heat oil and deep frying the puri upon on medium heat oil.
  5. Ready puri serve along with falahari sabji.
  6. For rasedar aloo
  7. Heat oil into the pan and add cumin seeds crackle them.
  8. Further add chopped green chillies and chopped tomatoes cook until tomatoes mashy.
  9. Now add spices and cook until oil separate.
  10. Further add potatoes and mix it well.
  11. Now add water and cover with lid for 10 minutes.
  12. Now garnishing chopped coriander. Rasedar aloo sabji ready to serve.
  13. For kheer
  14. Fristly wash samak rice and socked for 15 minutes
  15. Boil milk into the heavy bottom pan.
  16. Further remove water from rice and add in boiling milk.
  17. Cook upon on low flame until rice becomes soft or cooked.
  18. After that add sugar,cardamom and nuts and cook more for 5-7 minutes.
  19. Samak rice kheer ready to serve.
  20. For mawa burfi
  21. Transfer the grated mawa to a large kadai.
  22. Then add powder sugar and cook upon on medium low flame. Stir continuously.
  23. Cook until mixture thick. Or start separate from pan.
  24. Now add cardamom and mix well. And after mixture in greased plate.
  25. And allow for cool and set. After set burfi cut in small pieces. You also garnishing with chopped pistachios or other nuts.
  26. Ready burfi to serve.
  27. For charnamrit
  28. Take all in of charnamrit in mixing bowl and mix it well. Charnamrit is ready for bhog.
  29. Ready falahari thali for bhog and serve.
