  1. Marinate :- In a bowl add mutton, garlic paste, salt, yoghurt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, fried onion, marinate for 1-2 hour.


    In a pan heat the oil, add whole garam masala, crackle it.Add marinate mutton cook for 5 min,add 1 cup water and cook well till mutton is tender add water as per need.


    In a big vessels add oil, salt, rice boil it. Keep aside.
