  9. salt and mint
  10. Chicken 1. 1/2 kg
  11. 1 cup Yogurt
  12. Tomatoes 4 chopped
  13. 1 cup Oil
  14. Green chilies (Sindhi)10_12
  15. Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  16. 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  17. 3 tbsp Red chilli powder
  18. 2 teaspoon Red chilli flasks
  19. 2 tbsp Coriander powder
  20. Salt as your taste
  21. 1/2 tsp Haldi powder
  22. 7-10 Dried plum
  23. 1 cup oil
  24. drop orange food colour few
  25. drop Yellowfood colour few
  26. 1 cup Brown onion
  27. 1 tbsp Kewra water
  28. 1/2 cup Oil
  29. 1/4 teaspoon Jayfal, jawatri elchi powder
  30. 1 bunch Podina
  31. Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup
  32. 1 teaspoon Sugar

Steps to make to make Chicken Biryani

  1. Heat oil fry onion light golden and remove,
  2. Add ginger garlic past and cook the 5 - 7 minute add chicken with salt,chili powder, chilli flasks,haldi powder,corianderpowder,chopped tomatoes,garam masala,drie plum,green chilli powder,yogurt,mint,coriander leaves and cover
  3. Cook till meat tender and cook very well.
  4. Boiled rice with salt and whole spices till 3/4 done drain.
  5. In a pan put a layer of rice then meat mixture, chopped coriander leaves and podina top with remaining boilled rice,spread 2tbsp oil or ghee on top
  6. Add kewra water, jayfal jawatri elchi powder mixed with color,suger put on dum for 15 minutes. now ready to chicken biryani.
