- Heat oil. Add potatoes, onion,garlic ginger paste. When onion turns pink add chilli powder,coriander, turmeric,black cumin and salt a the bhunify it

- When water boils add soak rice and dal. When water turn dry put it at dum on slow flame
- After 15 to 20 minutes. Heat oil in wok for bighar. When oil turns hot add curry pata,garlic, zeera and red button chilies..
- Add this bighar at rice. Then dish out rice. Serve with raita,salad
