- Boil rice and add into aniseeds and bay leaf salt 2 tbsp and oil 1 tbsp 1/2 tsp vinegar
- Make sure boil rice only 1/3 part
- Marinate chicken with curd 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and biryani masala
- Fry onion in ghee and then add tomato paste 1tbsp ginger garlic paste chopped mint and coriander leaves and all spices and mix well
- Remaining little bit gravy and pour marinated chicken n boil potato stir for 5 mints in high flame
- And then last add your 1/3boil rice into your gravy add 1tbsp orange colour on it of the top
- And cover with foil pepper in low flame for 15 to 20 mints
