- Heat ghee in a pot add black cumin and cooked meat and fry well.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste and bhunofy
- Now add yogurt,fennel powder,black pepper,salt and plums and bhunofy.
- Add prepared yakhni according to your rice.
- Bring it to boil.
- Add soaked rice in it and mix it and coo it till the rice are 3\4 cooked and water is dried.
- Add fried onion and mint.
- Now put a lid on it and put it on sun for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame.
- Yakhni pulao is ready.
