- Cut the chicken into big pieces wash and add to a big cooking vessels Magnate the chicken for 4 hours into that add half spices green chillies 1bunch of coriander and mint leaves curd red chilli powder salt turmeric powder coriander powder ginger garlic paste garam masala powder 5 spoons of oil hand full of golden brown fried onions mix well and keep aside
- Rice preparation wash the rice and into that 1:1 water quantity add 2 spoons of oil bunch of mint leaves and coriander leaves green chillies whole spices 1-1/2 spoon salt and cook it on a single dum
- On a low flame cook the chicken for 15min then add the cooked rice for dum process add the rice ghee fried onions on the top saffron mint and coriander leaves and leave for dum 20 on a high flame and 10 min on a low flame that’s it delicious chicken biryani is ready to indulge
