Instructions to make to make Dhokla

  1. Mix rice and gram flour with curd and water overnight
  2. Add garlic and green chilli oil salt and baking soda mix it nicely
  3. Preheat your oven in 180• for 10 mins bake it in cake tin for 15-20 mins. Give a cut
  4. For Tadka heat oil add all ingredients 1 by one. Add Chopped Coriander leaf
