  19. 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  20. 1 tbsp Cashew nuts
  21. 1 tbsp Almonds
  22. 1 tsp Raisins

Instructions to make to make Egg biryani

  1. Peeled the eggs and make long slit along each eggs.
  2. Heat oil and 1 tbsp clarified butter in a pan
  3. Fry all the dry fruits and strain it..
  4. Add chopped onion and fry till light brown.
  5. Add ginger,garlic paste and dry ingredients (coriander powder,red chilli powder and turmeric powder) and 2 tbsp water.
  6. Stir fry till oil separates from spices.
  7. Add curd and mix well.
  8. Add coriander leaves,mint leaves,green chillyand salt and mix well.
  9. Make thick gravy and switch off the gas.
  10. Heat 1 tbsp clarified butter /ghee in another pan.
  11. Switch off the gas and layered the biryani.
  12. First layer is the boiled rice and next layer is gravy.
  13. Add two eggs,fried onion,coriander leaves,mint leaves and fried dry fruits.
  14. Again add layer of rice,next layer is gravy.
  15. Add two eggs,fried onions,coriander leaves,mint leaves and dry fruits.
  16. Cover it and heat for 5 mins
  17. Serve with raita.
