- Soak your rice in cold water and wait for the water in the sufuria to boil. When it's boiled dip the soak rice and let it cook for 15mins.
- When the goat stew (rojo) is ready set aside.
- When rice is about to be ready use a fork to make several holes, pour a mixture of food colour with a little water into the holes and then cover and let it cook.
- When both are ready serve and let it cool. I served my husband with a glass of tarmarid juice.
