  23. 1 cup sugar
  24. 1/2 cup chopped dry fruits
  25. 1/4 tsp elaichi powder

  1. For chhole- take kadhai and pour 3tbsp mustard oil or vegetable oil and put 1/2 tsp jerra, 2 Bay leaf,and add onion and fry till golden brown. Mix garlic paste to the tadka and fry with tomato puree and all spice powder. Keep stirring for 2 to 4 mins. When oil starts to remove from the mixture then add chana, salt to taste and chola masala add 2 cup hot water and mix all them well and cook for 5 mins. chole ready... Garnish with coriander leaves and chopped onion.
  2. For bhatura- Take a bowl of wheat flour and mix half cup curd, a pinch of baking soda, 2 pinch salt and mix well all. Make a dough, and keep aside for 5 hours, then make big bhaturas and fry them in oil. Bhature ready...
  3. For kheer- Take 1/2 litre boiled Buttermilk and mix half cup rice, cook for 15 to 20 mins, when rice is well cooked then add sugar and elaichi powder and cook for more 5 mins then garnish with dry fruits. Kheer ready...
