  8. Take a pan heat oil and deep fry all vegetable,paneer,kaju,green chilli,carry patta
  9. Mix it in curd mixture
  10. Take apan heat 1 tb spoon ghee
  11. Keep one layer of rice
  12. On the rice you spread curd mixture
  13. Add few drops of red orange colour
  14. Add 1 tsp of oil
  15. Cover with another layer of rice
  16. Spread curd mixture
  17. Red orange colour and oil
  18. At last cover with the rice
  19. Keep it slow flame til 7 to 8 min.
  20. Ready to serve
  21. You serve with coconut chutney, raiyta or curd.
  22. Coconut chutney is the half mixture of curd mixture without veggies
