- Soak rice for 30 minutes

- Add water and salt and cook till meat become soft.
- Separate meat pieces and strain yakhni in a jug. Discard spices and keep a side
- Take a big vessel and add oil or ghee or animal fat if you like
- Add onions, cumin, cloves and cinnamon
- Fry onions till dark brown color achieved. Than add ginger garlic paste and black pepper powder and mix
- Add meat and fry for 4_5 minutes.
- Add green chillies and tea bag and mix with meat and onions for 2-4 minutes.
- Add yakhni and give a boil. After that remove tea bag (make sure tea bag will not open. You can use potli for tea bag as well)
- Now add soaked rice and salt, cook till rice done completely
