- 1 tbsp. Ghee
- 1/2 tsp. Asofoetida
- 1/2 tsp. Turmeric powder
- For Kulcha :-
- 2cup . Wheat flour
- 2 tbsp. Ghee
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup curd
- as needed Black sessme seeds coriander and garlic

- Soak chick pea over night. Take a tea powder cloves cinemon stick in a small white muslin cloth. And make potli. Take chick pea in cooker kepp potli inside. Add salt oil and soda.and pressure cook 8-10whistle. Turn off fkame Allow it to cool completely.

- Mean while chopped and churn onion and make fine paste. Same way chop tomato and make fine paste in a mixie jar. Take a bowl mix all dry ingredients..
- Heat oil in a pan add big cardamom small cardamom cinnemon stick onion paste and saute till looks light. Now add tomato paste garlic paste turmeric powder and salt. And Mix well.Cover n cook till oil release. Open the lid saute and add dry masala mixture. Saute 2-3min. Add 2-3tbsp. Water and stir. Now add boiled chick pea with same water.Remove potli. And mix properly.Add roasted Kasuri methi Cook 5min on slow flame.



- Heat ghee in a pan add slited ginger and slited green chilli and asofoetida pour on chhola. Cover and cook on slow flame.2-3min.Turn off flame.Chhole is ready.

- For Kulcha:-Take a wheat flour in a paraat. Add salt ghee baking powder baking soda and curd. Mix it well.and knead a soft dough. With a palm. Cover with napkin. N leave it for 2hrs.



- Now roll a big roti without dusting flour sprinkle black sessme seeds chopped garlic. Apply water on both sides. Heat tawa and roast kulcha on a small flame. Sprinkle water on tawa cover and cook on slow flame. And roast another side on a flame. Kulcha is ready.Take in a plate.Apply ghee.



- Yummy tasty Chole with Kulcha is ready to serve. Serve with lemon wedges onion ring tomato ring and garnish with ginger chilli tadka.
